What exactly does VOO do?

VOO connects e-commerce businesses with courier companies. Many of these businesses face a multitude of challenges when directly dealing with cCourier companies.  By being the middleman, VOO deals with the challenges on our clients’ behalf, while costing them 30% less. VOO is an expert company in managing and following the last mile delivery with courier companies. 

How do I start working with VOO?

Once you register,(We will add registration link here), a sales agent will contact you to follow up with the required documents.

Where is VOO located?

VOO’s office is located at 12 Mohamed Sedky St., off Hoda Shaarawy St., Downtown, Cairo, Egypt.

What are VOO’s Working Hours?

Clients can place their orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a dedicated VOO dashboard. The operations team work are available from 109am-6pm, 6 days a week  from Saturday to Thursday.

Is VOO a registered company?

Yes, VOO is registered in Egypt and the UK.

Are there any products that VOO can't deliver through courier companies?

Our courier company partners don't deliver:
  1. Food which has expiry dates or needs special storing conditions.
  2. Any Liquids or alcohols.
  3. Fragile products.

Can my clients open their packages  to check their order?

In order to save your products from any damage, neither the courier companies nor your clients can open the orders before they accept it.

If I package my fragile products, can you connect me with a courier company?

Yes. You can contact your account manager to give you guidance on how to package your fragile products. We can also send you a fragile sign to place on your package, but the delivery will be under your responsibility.

How can I get the fragile sign?

Call your account manager and they will to send the signs to you via courier company.

Can you help me with packaging my products?

If I don't know where to buy packaging materials, Can VOO help?

Yes, you can send us a request for packaging materials. We will buy them for you for an extra fee.

Do I have to print out the Air Waybill (AWB)?

Yes, it is compulsory to print out the air waybill. Any printing shop can do so for you if you don’t have a printer. Air waybills can be printed out in black and white. Cut them out along to the dotted lines and attach it them to each order. 

Why do I have to print out the  Air Waybill?

The air waybill is necessary to track you order. It also guarantees that your client information is clear to facilitate a successful delivery. A handwritten air waybill may cause an order to be delayed or even lost because of unclear data.

How do I get the courier company covers/flyers?

Once you sign a contract with VOO, your account manager sends a request to the courier company to provide you with its flyers.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of the covers/ flyers?

No, they are delivered to you for free. VOO pays the delivery fee for you.

How do I place my orders using the VOO system?

Once you sign a contract, your account manager will walk you through the VOO dashboard and activate your account. Through your account, you have several ways to place your orders:
  1. Individually, one by one.
  2. Import an excel sheet for bulk orders.
  3. Use API integration.

Do you offer door-to-door services?

Through our courier company partners, VOO offers Door-to-Door delivery in addition to multiple pickup locations.

Can I choose my preferred courier company?

Yes, you can, and we will make sure all your orders are delivered using it.

Is there an insurance system for my products?

Yes, we provide multiple insurance options in the case of damaged or lost orders:
  1. For 100% coverage, the insurance premium will be 1% of the total cost of goods sold per month.
  2. For 75% coverage, the insurance premium will be 0.5% of the total cost of goods sold per month.
And if you do not purchase insurance, VOO’s liability is 200 EGP per shipment in the case of damaged or lost orders.

Where does VOO ship to?

VOO ships to every single city in Egypt. VOO also ships internationally to over 200 countries for exceptional prices.

How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?

The courier companies start the shipping process once they receive your orders. Average delivery times are as follows:
  1. Cairo – Giza – Alex (1-3 business days)
  2. Canal cities and Delta (3-4 business days)
  3. Upper Egypt (3-5 business days)
  4. To Border cities (3-7 business days)

Are these delivery times always accurate?

We will always deliver within the agreed time frame as long as the following conditions are met:
  1. Your client confirms that s/he wants the product.
  2. Get the full address with a landmark if possible (Your account manager can give you guidance on how to document the address correctly from your client)
  3. Add a correct contact number.

What courier companies has VOO partnered with?

We are working with 10+ courier companies for domestic and international shipments like Aramex and FedEx. etc.

What destinations can you ship to?

VOO has partnered with a dozen courier companies to enable our clients to ship to more than 200 countries worldwide.

How do you calculate the price for an international shipment?

Prices are calculated according to product weight and shipping destination. To find out the shipping price, weigh your product and then contact the sales team here

Are there any products you don't ship?

According to international regulations, courier companies cannot ship these products abroad:
  1. Any Liquids or Alcohols.
  2. Tobacco
  3. Food
  4. Medication without approvals.
  5. Weapons of all kinds, including decorative weapons or kitchen equipment.

Do you offer Cash on delivery (COD) for international shipments?

Under no circumstances. This is for your protection and benefit. If your client refuses to accept the order or provided an incorrect address, you will pay the delivery fees twice customs for the return products. It is not in your best interest to offer cash on delivery for international shipments. Instead, have your clients use VOO’s online payment options. 

Can I ship large or bulk shipments?

Yes, but under certain conditions. Reach out to your sales agent or send a request to VOOpartners@getvoo.com to discuss.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, VOO offers cash on delivery and we transfer your cash once a week.

Do you add an extra fee for cash on delivery?

If the total order cost is less than 2,500 EGP, no fees are added. If the total order cost exceeds 2,500 EGP, we charge 7 EGP for every 1,000 EGP. 

Can you assist me in collecting my money from the clients?

Yes. You can give your clients multiple payment options: cash on delivery, Fawry, or online via Visa or Mastercard.

What is the delivery fee if I am shipping within Egypt?

VOO offers different packages for shipment based on both your monthly minimum number of orders and your delivery destinations. Contact our sales team to receive a proposal.

How do I get a quotation?

Step 1 – Go to this link and register https://my.getvoo.com/merchants/register
Step 2 – One of VOO’s sales agents will contact you within X hours to confirm details about your products and your minimum number of orders.
Step 3 – The sales team will send you a quotation in X hoursT
Step 4 – If you are happy with the quotation, inform your sales agent. They will then activate your account and assign an account manager to work with you.

Why is the price quoted different from a previous quote I received?

Courier service provider prices fluctuate from time to time due to fuel and handling surcharges.
